Fused together, outside printed fine, but cant turn.
printed in PLA. need bigger tolerance

seems you have a print failure do to the displacement in the outside ribs- they seem to be vertical and straight in the original design.

I printed from my phone and had the same thing happen - like a layer shift, but only on the exterior. Didn't seem to affect any of the interior details. Weird!
