Description

Civilization actually stands on three pillars:

  • Duct tape
  • WD-40
  • Zip tie

If something moves and it shouldn’t → duct tape.
If something doesn’t move and it should → WD-40. 😁

And yes, the use cases are endless:

  • hanging bumpers,
  • “secured” exhaust pipes,
  • bundled cables,
  • license plate holders,
  • temporary hinges,
  • tarp mounting,
  • dishwasher rack “repairs”,
  • garden fixes,
  • kids’ toys…

About aviation — the rules there are obviously extremely strict, so “just zip-tie it and let’s fly” is definitely not a thing. But funnily enough, specialized cable ties are genuinely used in aviation for cable, hose, and wire bundle management. Just not as a “hold my exhaust together” repair 😅

Now you too can help save the world! 😄 Choose your size and print your own Zip tie from PETG. Available in widths of 5 mm and 15 mm, and lengths from 100 mm up to 320 mm (15 mm version from 200 to 320 mm).

Tested with Bambu Lab PETG HF Orange. The print profile has been tuned for both strength and flexibility.
