The concept was originally to use these cute little critters for stanley thermos straws, then we found they fit stethoscopes really well, and some markers. Really you can size it for any cylinder shaped object and make sure you always have a little one to brighten your day, your patients day, or a reminder to your boss to relax, these are always cheerful! I have watched it bring a smile to even some of the saddest faces <3 <3
