Pelican™ Vault V100 Side Insert (No-Cut Version)

The BNB BoomBoxes V100 Side Insert is designed specifically for the Pelican Vault V100 and gives you a clean, professional foundation for your custom build.

This is the no-cut version, allowing you to customize the insert exactly how you want. A STEP file is included with your download, making it easy to modify the design in your favorite CAD software and add cutouts for switches, charging ports, wire pass-throughs, connectors, displays, or any other components your project requires.

Please take the time to fully plan your layout before permanently installing the insert.

  • Verify the location of all electronics and components.
  • Ensure there is adequate clearance for anything mounted to the lid when the case is closed.
