The Airflow Dock & Spire is a versatile, efficient, and 3D-printable drying solution designed to accelerate the drying of gloves, boots, and other gear while also allowing warm air to circulate into the room. With a modular design, optimized airflow, and added accessories for improved performance, this system is a perfect fit for home, workshop, or outdoor use.

Airflow Dock (Base Unit)

  • Updated Dimensions: 150mm wide × 300mm long × 50mm high, providing a larger, more stable foundation.
  • Heated Airflow Integration: Strategically placed vent holes around the dock's height allow warm air to dry gear effectively while still releasing heat into the room.
  • Precision Vent Design: Includes angled airflow holes on the bottom for efficient air circulation and vertical vents on top for consistent drying.
  • Fitted Slot System: Securely holds interchangeable spires, allowing for custom height configurations and easy replacements.

Drying Spire (Vertical Vent Towers)

  • Tapered & Efficient: Each spire starts at 48mm diameter, gradually tapering to 25mm for improved airflow and reduced material usage.
  • Vent System:
    • Vertical vents ensure warm air is distributed evenly to dry gloves, boots, and gear.
  • Modular Heights: Standard 150mm spires, with potential for 100mm and 180mm options, accommodate different drying needs.
  • Durable Construction: Designed for PETG printing, with reinforced walls and optimized geometry to prevent breakage.

Included Accessories & Features

  • Airflow Dock Cap Accessory: A removable cap that can cover spire slots, improving airflow control and directing heat where it’s needed most.
  • Efficient Heat Utilization: The dock’s side vent holes allow heated air to dry gear without trapping excess heat, ensuring both drying efficiency and room comfort.
