The gear fastening system is designed to assemble WITHOUT FORCE; there are only 2 catches to allow slight flexibility and ensure a good hold of the gears

It is recommended to print using object printing (to avoid irregularities on the gears and fine parts due to retractions)

There is a print profile named “tolerance test” that will print a gear and one end of each catch to check if the parts fit well. I have printed this model several times with a Bambu Lab P1S and everything is perfectly printed. I advise you

therefore to do the tolerance test if you are using another printer
