I'm just curious if anyone else would use this? I made this for myself as I had a couple of old iPads laying around collecting dust. I'm using it as an alway on display for security cameras on one side, weather and shared calendar on the other side. The base has a power strip for a single removable cord that can charge up the iPads and act as a charging station when plugged in. I can't imagine others would have multiple tablets laying around but I thought I'd ask to see.

What would you call this? I named it "Pop-It Toy Snap Fidget". Anyone have any alternate suggestions? I'm by no means a fidget connoisseur... but I am quite pleased with this little design. I finally got around to using my beginner kit. I love how easy it is to make complex builds and source hardware from maker supply.

How do you keep your filament dry? Interested to hear everyone's solution. Big dry box? Individual containers? Open air rack and hope for the best? This is my latest solution. I've printed these interlocking boxes that fit neatly inside of my filament dryer when I need to recharge. I can throw them in large vacuum seal bag when storing. Not the most elegant but It works. Tempted to overcomplicate things and go completely OCD but I'm restraining myself 😝

I accidentally made a Dummy 13 motorcycle. Published this little kit the other day for a motorcycle and it turns out it makes a pretty good Dummy 13 accessory. The most satisfying way to #Shape Your World with 3D Printing This past year one of the most satisfying ways 3d printing has done this for me is combining 3d printing with one of my other hobbies, billiards/pool! #Ring in 2025 with Your Design I wanted to start the new year by spreading some good luck! The tradition of gifting money in lucky red envelopes was the perfect way to ring in 2025 (Ok, maybe my wife gets credit for the idea but at least I've got her interested in 3d printing!). https://makerworld.com/en/models/950936 But… it wouldn’t be a 3d printing project if I didn’t make it just a little bit needlessly complex 😊 This envelope prints in multiple pieces and has a built in mechanism to pop open the lid and present the money with a sliding button on the back.
