Velcro Loop Bracket

A compact, low-profile, and strong bracket for passing a Velcro loop strap through, allowing cables or other objects to be securely fastened.

Initially designed as a secondary fixture point for a scoop stretcher in an ambulance.

The bracket will accommodate straps of a width of up to approx. 22 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.

A flat back surface, in combination with two Ø4,3 mm holes, allows for two ways of mounting the bracket:

1. By use of double-sided tape (recommended only for light-duty loads)
2. By use of screws/bolts or rivets (recommended for heavy-duty loads)

Due to original use case for this item, I printed the bracket in PPA-CF, which should make the bracket able to withstand static loads up to approx 1000 N

However, no guarantees are given, and use is at your own risk!

Bracket can easily be printed in other materials for other use cases :-)
