Original profile printed with no issues at all.

Did a second print where I added some fuzzy skin to the outside surface to hide the seam. I also rotated the lever 45 degrees on its side, allowing for a stronger lever due to a more beneficial layer/force orientation... Not sure if it actually matters though... 😅 

I would suggest to change the outside geometry in area with the major crossection, by adding a large fillet or chamfer to the innside corner, you will be able to flip the print orientation of the part, resulting in a no-support print 🙂

Anyhow, thanks for a fun item. Printed in glow in the dark pink... 😅 😅
