📦 ESP32 Bluetooth Jammer Case

This is a custom-designed case made specifically for the exact components used in the YouTube video linked below.

The fit is precise and has been tested with a real print before publishing.


🖨️ Recommended print settings

  • Material:
    PETG strongly recommended
    PETG handles long-term use and potential heat from the ESP32 much better.
    PLA will work, but it’s not recommended if the device is used for extended periods.
  • Layer height: 0.16 mm
  • Perimeters:
    • Standard: 2-3 walls
    • ⚠️ First layer with only 1 wall (important for proper fit)
  • Infill: 10–15% 
  • Supports:Not required
  • Print orientation: As uploaded (no rotation needed)
     

🔩 Hardware

  • Screws:
    • M4 × 16 mm
    • Self-tapping into plastic
    • No heat-set inserts required

       

🧰 Post-processing

  • Not required, but recommended:
    • 🔧 A deburring tool or small drill bit for the holes
    • Helps screws fit more smoothly and improves overall finish
  • No sanding or extra adjustments needed
