#Questions hi, I'm hoping you all can help with this. We're making cups with clips for a special purpose and keep encountering failure at the clip. We're using both Bambu and Amolen duo color PLA silk designed on Tinkercad, run through Bambu Studio and printed on a Bambu A1. We've dried the filament in the oven as directed and will usually get a good print before we encounter failures. We've replaced the 4mm nozzle, slowed the print down to 50%, faced the clip in different directions and adjusted temperature, speed, fan, extruder temp. Is there something we're missing? Do we need to keep the PLA in a dehydrator, change something, design the clip differently, etc.? We have the printer in a zipped cover and humidity is 34%or less when printing.(Edited)

Hi all, We're semi new to printing and are using PLA silk or silk plus on a Bambu A1. We've used Bambu, Amolen, and eSun brand filaments. The filament is dried for 2 hours and then printing self designed 4 cups with clips on the plate with clips facing to the left. The first print does well but the second print usually has a 50-75% failure rate at the clip. We've received advice such as turning the cups, drying the filament again, change the temperature on the extruder tip, but wonder if there's a best solution we should try first. We are not currently keeping the filament in a dryer, but have a homemade solution of placing it in a bag with dessicant after it's dried. The printer is in a fabric case surround from Amazon. Since you all are designers and have more experience, what would you recommend we try to change first?
