Larger Router Table designed specifically for the H series printer. Bigger & stronger. Table size of 310x290mm so this will print on the H2C & H2D printers. Now I know H2S owners like myself can print up to 340x320mm but I didn't want the legends that have the higher calibre machines feeling like they were left out. If there is enough demand I can at some point make a mega setup just for the larger print area folk too. Other table tops can be designed upon request like the previous model.

This table system is designed to be printed on all the H series printers and features a sliding fence that is able to move along the X & Y ends of the table and is all round heavier duty compared to the original router table. I made the original Router table for 1/4" palm routers and to be printed on the A, P & X series printer and it certainly has been a popular make. I have been requested to add a compatible table tops for a number of router brands and models which is fantastic that the original system has been so well received. I have been requested by a few users to make a larger version so here it is. This is a 290x310 version so it will print on all the H series printers. I hope you like it and I will do my best to get the filles out as soon as possible. The test bed will be the Makita version as that is the router I own and then I will move on to all the other router models I have previously made for thew 250x250mm version. I have been wanting a small light weight and easy to pack away router table for small to medium projects and figured a fully 3d printable project would be a great community share for other makers. Great for flush cutting tabs of of cnc cut products, great fir chamfering or bull nosing small parts. Great for guitar makers, CNC operators, catapult makers, model makers, small workshops, starting out, quick site work operations, occasional users of full time wood workers.

Level up your Dewalt Tough System Tote box with this second part to my ultimate storage accessories.

I made this model as these boxes are the best I have used in 25 years in the carpentry trade but they lack storage for smaller items. I was sick of emptying the box all the time to find a common use screw driver so I used to make organisers out of waste pipe and super glue. I had to glue them to the box and they would ultimately fail often.

Although we have possibly missed nesting season this year ourselves, I am sharing this model in a hope some gets to see some birds nesting.

I created this model with imagery from Microsoft pilot and Hueforge software. It looks absolutely fantastic and printed really well.

Super solid board clamping alignment blocks to assist in keeping boards flat during glue ups. I have used PET-G filament with 9 walls, 6 bottom/top layers and 45% infill so these blocks are pretty much solid filament throughout. I have tested with good quality solo clamps and G clamps and there was absolutely no signs of stress.
