If I am not mistaken the provided print profile does not have support enabled. It might not be a bad idea to have support enabled so printing from the app will also get supports.

Guys I have trouble fitting the SRB6 with SRB1. SRB1 slot is 20mmx20mm, but SRB6 is 21mmx20mm. What ar eyou guys using to mate them perfectly? See attached image of SRB6.
I tried to check the original STL, one side is also 21mm. So it seems to be by design?

My frog has poor layer adhesion as the rear end resulting in a hole. Anyone else faced this and managed to fix it? Shore 95A

This is big enough to engage the connector catch if you push it in so have to disengage before pulling out.

Looks nice but clack sound is weak and cannot freely rotate fully.

Easy print. I didnt print with brim because I don't think bed adhesion or warping would be an issue for this print on my machine.

I printed with PETG-HF and observed warping and hull lines (see first image). I recommend painting brims to help reduce warping and reduce hull by decrease max volumetric speed from 18mm^3/s to 15mm^3/s. Function should not be significantly impacted by the warp. Fits Earth Surface brand off-the-shelf filament box of 10cm base width.

The 8 sections print profile failed. So I did what any sane person would do and reprinted with the 13 section one with brim increased to 10mm. There is some print artefacts on the print, possibly due to overhangs.

Smooth print. The hatch for the armaments can actually swing so try to free it with some TLC.

I failed to print this a few times, namely the spring part because the first layer only prints the end of the spring, so the main spring is overhang. Because I think print failure is due to lack of first layer, from the print profile I set initial layer height to 0.12mm, and set bed temperature as high as PLA allows. I also set outer wall speed to 50mm/s to promote formation of the S shape of the spring.
The clicking sound works when spinning in one direction but not the reverse. But the main spinning is good, probably even better with grease.

The mini astromech head is adorable. Prime tower fell off 80% through the print, though.
