So simple and effective. Nice design!

What started as a simple coaster design turned into a deep dive into nesting, color mixing, and tolerances. I wanted something practical, playful and modern, which led to these nested coasters and a sleek vertical holder. The press fit inner coasters slide out, but were tricky to design since printers and filament behave differently. I thought including fit tests would help dial things in for others, and I’d love to hear how it prints for you. Please leave feedback/suggestions for improvement!

Works well, but be careful when putting the tubes in... I actually broke the first one by pushing too hard!
And I followed the super glue recommendation to keep the tubes from falling out.

Nice idea and perfect design. Prints well and fits the AMS well.

Awesome! This is exactly what I was looking for!! It helped me mount my external spool on the wall next to my printer, since I am using a shelf for my AMS Lite on top of the printer (which blocks the arm for the external spool).
I screwed it into a stud to ensure a strong connection to the wall.

Nice case! The print-in-place hinges are awesome.
I wanted it with no text though, so I merged it with a rectangular object in the slicer to remove the text. Sorry, Dr. 3D... but I prefer the non-branded case. :)
