Hi Everyone, I just bought a new smooth PEI plate, and I printed something out on it, and smooth PEI plate was selected. But when it finished the bottom of the print was all stringy, does anyone know how to fix this? #Questions

Hello Everyone! I got a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer back in February and I am really enjoying it. I had been using 3D Builder on Windows to design most of my prints, but I recently switched over to a Macbook, and am unable to use 3D Builder anymore. If anyone knows of a similar software, please let me know! I am looking for an easy design software, but maybe something a bit more advanced than 3D Builder. Thank You so much!! #Questions(Edited)
