Happy New Year everyone.
I spent some time finishing up the new Doobloader update. I wanted to fix a few things and make it easier to use.
Here is what I changed.
Universal Trays This is the biggest change. You don't need to print a separate catch tray for every single cone type anymore. For example, if you print the 4x4 tray, it now fits the packing jigs for King Size, Regular, 98 Special, etc. It saves a lot of filament.
No Ejector Needed I simplified the design. The cones now sit slightly lower than the jig. To get them out, you just lift the jig off the tray and set it on a flat table. The cones push right up. One less part to print.
Other Tweaks
• Pin Storage: There is a slot to hold the packing pin so you don't lose it.
• Better Bowls: I rounded the corners in the loading area so material doesn't get stuck.
• Rubber Feet: Added spots for 8mm rubber feet if you want them.
• Labels: The front of each jig is labeled now.
Availability The free version is up now. It includes the standard sizes like 1x1, 2x2, and 4x4.
If you need specific sizes (like 1x3 or 3x5) or the massive "Mega" sizes (up to 12x12), those are in the Full Pack on my Cults3D.
I tested these on my X1C and P1S to get the fit right. If they feel tight, check your flow calibration.
Let me know if you run into any issues.(Edited)
