Description

Another version of the classic quoridor-game. Wanted to try making a board-game and pawn in Fusion, this was the result.

Easy game-play.

Start with 10 walls each.

Taking turns, each player either move their pawn one step in any direction, or place one of the walls. Objective of the game is to reach the other side of the board.

At least one way to the goal has to be left open when setting walls.

Color in studio and print two versions of plate two (the one with walls and a pawn) in different colors to get two sets. One extra wall included in print to have one spare.

I've never heard of this game, but it's very interesting. I expected it to be a boring repetitive game. But the opposite is true and every game is completely different. To make the boxes easier to see, I colored them black (when printing). I still printed out the parts box. The figures are quite small and smooth and slide in the hand.

Nice variation. And I agree. at first hand it is a simple game, but there’s quite a lot of possibilities and strategy involved.

I’m happy that you found it useful. I have been playing with my kids almost every day since I printed it as it is easy to keep around for a quick game or two. I intentionally tried to keep material-consumption low when designing it. Looks good in those colors 🙂

Nice print, nice game. Went the route I saw in one of the makes here, and added a color change for the top of the board blocks.
