Looks great! I printed the green diffuser at 200% z scale and 9999 bottom layers for clean 100% infill. This piece fits snugly into the hole from the black top piece. I had to use my 3d pen to fill in the gaps on the edge letting light bleed through and also to adhere it without it being as noticeable as hot glue, etc. I would have preferred if the green diffuser overlapped with the borders of the top black piece, allowing a seamless look without light bleed and can be hot glued easily without being noticeable. But unfortunately my 3d modeling skills are very basic to modify it in this way (simply scaling it up won't work.) I used 24v FCOB White LED strips. They are very flexible and very dense in LEDs allowing a nice diffused look with little to no soldering. They're very bright though, so I will be grabbing a zigbee dimmer for it.

I just reprinted with your settings and it did not print with the gaps and printed where it was connected to the black. Are you printing with an AMS? These are made to be printed with an AMS.

Ahh, so with an AMS it prints as one piece for the diffuser part? I printed each part separately as I don't have an AMS printer. That's good to know! Thanks for designing by the way, my wife loved the christmas gift!
