Works well, is fairly accurate and prints well.
Mostly print in place. Easy assembly. Slightly wiggle the wheels to loosen them. For the thumb wheel wedging with the scraper blade will help. One drop of oil on the backside of the indicators bearing will make it a lot smoother.
Read centimeters on the stem and mm on the dial. 2x10 mm for each rotation on the dial. Indicatior moves counter clockwise.
The dials indicator is friction fit to allow for adjustment and zero setting.
If this one is popular I will work further on the concept and try to make more versions including:
-Improved accuracy and 0.1 mm resolution
-Inch version
-Clockwise rotation
-One rotation per 10 mm
-High accuracy version with metal bearings and fibre filament for stiffness
-Locking screw
-Depth gauge
