Description

O.E and Universal PTFE x Cable Clip Series

These clips are designed to secure the PTFE tube, wiring, and other components.

They help keep the PTFE tube and cable neatly together as the toolhead moves. The simple yet strong and reliable design makes these clips an excellent solution for holding the PTFE tube and cable in place.

Some models are designed to be universal, and over time, more platform-specific, universal versions will become available.

Installation Instructions (O.E Type)

(May vary depending on model)

 

A1 / MINI – Type 1
Insert the cable into the shorter slot and the PTFE tube into the taller one. Refer to the picture for guidance.
Keep in mind that cables and PTFE tubes can retain shape memory from previous setups, so results may vary. Adjust the clip’s position as needed for the best fit.

 

X / P Gen2 – Type 2
Insert each PTFE tube one after the other into the slots. These are not floating mounts, the gripping force is mild, so make sure to choose the correct position before inserting the second PTFE tube.

Printing Details:

  • Print Time: 5:47
  • Filament Usage: 0.05 oz
  • Estimated Cost: ~$0.04 (based on a $26 PETG spool)

Recommended Filament

  • PETG is recommended for optimal performance.
  • If you primarily print with PLA, it should work fine for most applications.
