every time I print I get the same error, I am making these for my man cave. the issue occurs even when I rotate the light Box the issue rotates with it

Not sure why you would be getting that error. Have you tried to move the sign back a bit from the edge and see if that helps?

I use ones that I find on amazon for about 7 to 10 bucks ones that are made to go behind tv's.
