I did read it. Even PETG filament isn't necessarily food-safe because different manufacturers add different things to them to manipulate the printing properties. The filaments aren't 100% PETG or PLA or anything else. Even if it were, you'd also need a completely unused hotend to guarantee no contamination.
There's no point being sassy when you're still wrong here.
