The aluminum frames for my in-wall recessed lights were badly oxidized by proximity to the Atlantic. I designed new frames, printed in Prusament Signal White ASA for a long-lasting replacement.

I printed at 0.15 mm layer height. Brim is an absolute must to prevent the corners from lifting. Support is also required.

200x70 is the opening in the frame. The overall dimensions are 238x109, intentionally a few mm larger than the aluminum frames. The screw holes are spaced 218 mm.
