Description
This is a print in place mancala set I designed in Fusion 360. The holder is curved on the inside, so must be inserted with the writing in the same direction.

Fun travel game.
The tolerances between the board and case are TIGHT. The hinge needed a knife between the piece to pop free but then it was smooth. I scaled the case 100.25X and 100.5Y to get a nice friction fit that was still easy to remove. Had to print it twice and ran out of white hence the abrupt color shift.
I will be uploading my adjusted profile to share the joy of the game on the go.

My first test was 0.5mm tolerances, but was very loose, so I slimmed them down to 0.3mm. It's unfortunate your first one didn't work.

Case is too tight as is. Couldn't get the game out. Printed it again bigger to fit better. Worked off the plate.

Way to small to be playable. Larger holes would maybe make it work.
