Description

A Christmas ornament I made for my wife, looks great and print time is not that bad, you can fit 8 on a build plate. I have printed about 50 of these for her staff members during a secret Santa exchange. Arachne setting is turned on to compensate for thin lines for font.

v2: Reinforced back section with solid white and flipped onto the face for a smoother surface and ensuring the print is solid.

Polymaker Cotton White

Polymaker Charcoal Black

Polymaker Lava Red

The letters have no infill so the center objects like the o do not stay with print.

That is strange, did you accidentally separate the file into separate objects? I have made about 50 of these with no fails. I've checked and even though the font is thin, as long as Arachne setting is on it should print without any issue. I've checked the file and I haven't been able to replicate that issue. I have reinforced the back with solid white just incase & flipped it over. Apologies for your failed print.
