is the front or back the issue for you guys i should note i am using the textured pei sheet on my printers i didnt test it with the cool plate , clean with 90% iso before every print adhesion is key to this working properly if you have thin walls enabled in the slicer it will leave gaps inbetween the outer walls this is a very high tolerance print 0.6mm is how thick the face of this print is an was done on purpose for proper light diffusion i would suggest cleaning the build plate making sure your belts are tight an ensure the nozzle isnt bent.

I didn't change anything or even bother printing the back plate. The front plate is to thin it wants to crack n break when it comes off the plate, I feel like a couple more layers might fix it maybe.

Yeah it happens once the files are out there i do have a patreon so that is also a possibility too not a huge deal but it happens.

0.8 face is now the standard lol ,I'm actually about to upload one that has 2mm walls an back aswell bring the older stuff up to currrent specifications

The front plate must be a tad too small. When I printed it fell into the back plate on the left side.

this was an earlier model of mine an it only has 1mm walls I printed a ton of them without issues but certain filament varies in size on the roll an can cause issues not an issue with the file but rather the conditions it's printed in need to be perfect same filament without variation in temps etc i'll upload a new profile replacing the old one so it has 2mm walls an backplate an a 0.8 mm face thats more consistent with how I make my models now print time will increase slightly but will be an overall more reliable print

Have you uploaded a new faceplate? I am just putting together one I printed at the beginning of February (2/3) and I am having the same issue - the left side is too small and falls through.

issue should have been resolved with the thicker face I've printed it 9+ times without issue

there is a thicker face option under print profiles original is only a 0.6 face the thick plate is 0.8 face as are all my newer models
