Description
Habe endlich meinen Sunlu S4 Dryer bekommen. Für die Fächer für Trockenmittelpäckchen habe ich eine Box mit Deckel für Silica Kugeln konstruiert. Die Lüftungsschlitze sind 1 mm Breit. Ca. 50% des Deckels und des Bodens sind frei also gut belüftet.
Die Originalabdeckung wird nicht benötigt. Die Box passt sehr gut in die Öffnung. Ich habe am Deckel zwei kleine Griffe angebracht das man diese gut heraus nehmen kann. An den Seiten sind kleine Spalten das man den Deckel ebenfalls gut öffnen kann.
Gedruckt habe ich das ganze aus ABS. Es können natürlich auch andere Materialien genommen werden. Diese sollten halt die max. 70 Grad Celsius aushalten.

Great profile. Easy print, supports cleared away easily. Not a fan of my Black BambuLab PETG, to shiny for my taste.

it is ok to print with PETG? it will not deform into sunlu s4?

Did a first run for 9 hours @65 degrees, no deforming whatsoever. It sits quite recessed below the fans, doesn't get that hot there.

There is no interlocking or blocking for covers superior...

Leider kann ich kein Video hochladen sonst könntest du sehen das mein Deckel gut hält. Ich habe es aus Bambulab ABS Schwarz gedruckt.
Das tut mir leid wenn es bei Dir nicht hält aber aus Platzgründen sind keine größeren Verriegelungen möglich gewesen.
