I have added a version of the BIN that will work with the Bambu Lab Z-Stiffener. It is on Build plate 2.

INTRODUCTION

All Bambu printers poop. So here is a Poop Management System (PMS) for A1. The system consists of a purge guide and a bin. I have added the Stabilization Bracket for A1 in this project build plate. You might want to try using it with/without the GRIP bracket to improve the stability of the A1 printer.

INSTRUCTION

• Print build plates 1 & 2
• Paste a piece of tape over the area as shown in the image below. During purging, the tip of the purge can still be molten and can accidentally adhere to the wall. The tape helps to reduce the chance of this happening.
• Slide the purge guide into the purge wipe as seen in the image. It should fit snugly.

• The bin should be fitted into the left Z-beam as seen in the image below.

• Turn on the A1 printer and do a home to ensure proper clearance.
