What

This is a simple yet very rugged Apple AirPods case that I made for my kids.

This case is based off my "Super Customizable Rugged Box in OpenSCAD" where you make virtually any size rugged case/box you could possibly need.

If you have a multi material unit (MMU) you can easily personalize these as I have.

Prerequisites

You will need 3 x M3 - 25mm screws to assemble
(NO tape or adhesives)

Printing

There are 3 major parts to this case;

  1. The Case
    The main case can be printed in PLA or PETG.  I've printed one each.
  2. The Insert must be printed in TPU!
    And “YES” the holes in the model after slicing are okay and meant to be there to reduce suction when removing the the AirPods from the case (Or the insert if needed).
  3. The Latch
