Description

NOTE:

  • I do my best to double-check and test the print profile I create. They are up to date with whatever changes I made to the designs. If you are using profiles made by others, please check if they are updated.

 

INTRODUCTION

This pair of stabilization brackets for the A1 will help reduce the wobbling when you install the AMS lite at the top gantry.

 

Compatible with the A1 Purge Management System (PMS)

 

Easy, fast to print and uses only 35gm of filament. I have been using it with the GRIP bracket and PMS. No issue to date for normal operations of the printer.

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • There are 2 brackets, left and right. The left version has space allocation for the switch.
  • Print out the parts in PLA or PETG.
  • It should fit snugly to the curve at the rear (see images above)
  • Use thin double-sided tape to improve adhesion
  • Simple and effective.

Very impressed with quality. There is a small gap between the bottom of the A1 and the feet but I assume this must be for the double stick tape. I used generic clear tpu and believe that will help with vibration further.

Yes, that little bit of offset is for double-sided tape.
