You can print this with one AMS. The Red,orange and yellow parts are printed separately and then glued onto the backside of the black face piece with super glue or hot glue. This also gives it a bit of dimension being sunk into the face. Print white first on the main face piece. I find that COB LEDs work best for these light boxes.
