Systainer³ SYS3 XXS 64

Description

I present my latest model:
The Systainer³ SYS3 XXS in the original size 33, and also in sizes 48 and 64.
Versions 33 & 48 can be found here.
As with my previous model, I have incorporated as many details from the original as possible, while maintaining ease of printing.
This model is compatible with the originals; however, there are minor internal differences.
Because I have designed the lid hinges significantly thicker than the original, the rear inner corners are slightly wider. Consider this before printing an insert.
Additionally, the recesses for the feet at the bottom reduce the corner dimensions by approximately 2mm.

Important Print Settings

I have configured the most crucial settings within the object and print bed parameters; these should not be altered.

Supports:

I extensively experimented with support structures in Bambu Studio.
My conclusion is that the optimal results are achieved by omitting all supports except for the support on the upper locking hook at the bottom.

Therefore, bridging should be printed at 10mm/s with ABS

Assembly

Lid:

Place the lid squarely on the base, ensuring the box is closed at the front, then carefully press down from above at the rear.

T-Loc:

Carefully and as squarely as possible, press in the T-Loc fastener.

Feet:

The feet should be clicked into place as shown in the image.
The smaller feet with the “step” go at the rear, with the chamfer facing inwards.
The larger feet at the front have a rounded corner which also faces inwards.

Note:

If using ABS from two different manufacturers, the feet may not fit perfectly due to variations in shrinkage.
