Description

Here I present my latest model.
The Systainer³ SYS3 XXS in the original size 33, and also in sizes 48 and 64.

As with my previous model, I have incorporated as many details as possible from the original, but in a way that makes it as easy as possible to print.
This model is compatible with the originals. However, there are slight differences in the interior.
Since I have designed the lid hinges considerably thicker than the original, the rear inner corners are slightly wider than the original. Please note this before printing an insert.
Furthermore, approximately 2mm are lost in the corners due to the recesses for the feet at the bottom.

 

Important Print Settings

I have made the most important settings in the object and print bed settings and these should not be changed.

Supports:

I have experimented extensively with supports in Bambu Studio.
My conclusion is that the best results are achieved by omitting all supports, except for the support of the upper locking hook on the bottom.
 

Therefore, the bridging should be printed at 10mm/s with ABS

Assembly

Lid:

Place the lid flat on the base, so that the box is closed at the front, and then carefully press it together from above at the back.
 

T-Loc:

Carefully and as straight as possible press in the T-Loc fastener.

Feet:

The feet should be clicked into place as shown in the image.
The smaller ones with the “step” go to the back with the bevel facing inwards.
The larger ones at the front have a round corner, which also points inwards.

Note:

If you use ABS from two different manufacturers, it may happen that the feet do not fit perfectly if they shrink differently.
