Could you, please explain how do you turn off flushing?
Setting the flush volumes to 0?

my apologies, flushing is not turned off

Flushing is not turned off...my apologies - The flushing volumes were turned down to .75 and then hitting the auto -calc. Slow down for overhangs was turned off (unchecked)

the file is oriented on the bed exactly how it should be - Flat, not standing up.....I've not seen any successful standing up prints for this particular design (straight not curved edges)

the CYK is all SUNLU PLA+ (light blue, yellow and white) the M (Pink) is the Magenta basic PLA sold by Bambu
