This flexible and highly customizable flange generator is designed to meet a wide variety of use cases, from cable management to pipe installations. Whether you're working on a home improvement project or an industrial setup, this generator provides all the tools you need to design the perfect flange for your application.  

 

 

sleeve_shape - The shape of the outer sleeve, which is the flat part.


hole_diameter - Diameter of the hole you want “dressed.”


wall_thickness - Wall thickness of the part that goes into the hole.


insert_length - How far the part extends into the hole.


sleeve_width - The outer size of the flat part; diameter if round or side length if square.


sleeve_base_thickness - Thickness of the flat part. Samples were created with 0.4 mm thickness as it is intended for plastering over the flange.


mounting_holes - Do you need mounting holes?


mounting_holes_diameter - Diameter of the mounting holes.

 

 

connection - Do you want to connect two, inserted from both sides, flanges/sleeves in the hole. This option will create the “male” part and you will also need to Generate and download the “female” part. Here is an example:
 

You can mix and match different types depending on needs.

 

connection_length - Length of the overlaping part

 

connection_offset - Difference between the internal diameter of the female part and external diameter of the male part. You might need a bit bigger offset if the connection is deep inside. 

 

cut_model - Click this option if you already have stuff in the holes and wat the model to be cut on one of the sides.

cut_width - How wide do you want the cut to be? Default is 0.5 mm.
