Description
This model initially utilized a vertically oriented, integral support structure.

This support proved quite functional; however, I identified minor areas ripe for refinement in the central securing mechanism.
Firstly,

the power cord clamp proved slightly too proximate, resulting in minimal contact. This, coupled with the slightly excessive height of the securing sleeve, and a minor millimeter discrepancy in alignment with the lower securing screw, necessitated adjustment.
The securing mechanism primarily experiences substantial downward force with minimal lateral stress; consequently, the height was deemed superfluous, prompting a modification.
Secondly, the screw placement underwent a minor realignment.

Furthermore, the internal radius of the device exhibited slightly sharp angles, leading to noticeable gaps which proved aesthetically displeasing. A subtle increase in the radius significantly mitigated these gaps.

The final iteration presented a refined appearance.

Substantial material savings were also realized, approximating a 50% reduction in filament consumption.
This improved securing mechanism exhibits broad compatibility with various site-specific base support structures.
This marks my inaugural foray into 3D modeling…
