Description

Yet another hotend/accessory box … this box accommodates the “bend” in the wiring harness !!!

 

What you need other then the printed parts:

  • 5 x M3x20mm screws
  • 3 x M3 nuts

The tool I have and keep in the box is an “ RC Hex Screw Driver Tools Set 4in1” - look it up online, there are plenty of options to purchase … good for a quick hotend swap.

it is very helpfull. Do not tighten the rear screws too much and apply oil.

Very fucntional, keeps spare nozzles clean and organized. *First printe warped due to the text not being flush with the face of the lid. Chose to remove the text and printed nicely.

盖子顶层的图案会导致翘边,切割掉0.2mm图案部分就好了

The bottom is a nice print. The top printed warped, three difference times, and the hinges are not strong enough and broke on all three prints.

Hmmm... sorry to hear and thanks for letting me know, is it possible you overtightened the hinge screws. Thinking of designing hinge pins instead of screws, I might do a new iteration when I have some time ... I had no issues with warping - closed enclosure, PLA print (overture and bambu) on a carbon fibre textured print sheet ...

had lots of problems with lifting I cut the box in half and made it a hotend holder
