Description

Print in place box , print in 0,2 on a PET plate ( Peo will be great too )

50 % speed for the 1st layer help to stick on the bed .

change color at layer 14

if need after print, use an hair dryer a few second ( very few ) on the hinge with closed box to help the hinge having the good shape , and let become totally cold .

If you have problems for the box stay close on the 5 cm box use thin magnet stikers to help it ( see photos )

Was tinkering and scaled it with the values below and it almost maxes out the plate. I will prob give this is try :-).

Printed a few of these to store some craft supplies! they are great. close it right after it finishes printing while still warm and place something heavy on top until it cools 🙂

I printed this in PLA and was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. I took it off the hot buildplate and it folded easily

cool concept but it doesn’t close, it stays wide open unless you stuff it in between something or put something heavy on it

I am sorry of you have problems , try to’close it and use hair dry few minuts on the hinge . I made more than 10 of them with different PLA and all stay close .

You could also put some tape on the small lip. That will bulk it up and add some friction to help it stay closed.
