Foam Dart Reformer and Organizer
- My son loves to shoot darts around the house but not the best about picking them up, which leads them to get stepped on or squished in the couch cushions.
- So, I made this 2-in-1 foam dart organizer and reformer. It does a great job at extending the life of the foam darts and also creates a place to store them and keep them organized.
- Fits almost all standard foam darts (Nerf and other brands).
- I haven't found a way to speed up the process of reforming, but seems to work well leaving them on the stand when not in use. Please, leave a comment if you find a quick method using this stand!
- Significantly more durable than the older version floating around. The tapered base makes these much harder to break off (haven't had one break yet).
- Our dart guns are 8-shooters, hence the 8x8 grid. But, I have attached the full file with individual spokes for you to create whichever size grid works best for your needs.
- Made with PLA on standard settings for 0.20 mm “Strength” profile.
- 0.4 nozzle, 6 walls, 20% infill
- Recommend at least 3-4 walls to prevent breaking the spokes that hold the darts.
- Additionally, when making large bases, I like to turn off the fan (in the settings) for the first ~3 layers to prevent any contracting.
- No supports, no assembly. Just print and ready to go!
