layer height 0.2 mm

1. from 0 to 0.6 mm height printed in black
2. 0.6 to 1 mm height printed in white
3. 1 to 1.4 mm height printed in beige
4. 1.4 to 1.8 mm height printed in orange
5. 1.8 to 2 mm height printed in green
