Description

I made an exhaust fan hepa filter holder for the bambulab printer that uses the same filter typer as the bento box air filter.

I bought the filter in a 10x pack and wanted to use the same filter also for the rear exhaust.

The holder is kept in place from 6 magnet 5x2mm.

I made also a file for TPU gasket, if you want to use the gasket i suggest to use the “gasket” model that have a bit less magnet dept to compensate gasket thickness.

For the holder I printed in PLA 0.20 layer, ironing 20% top surface for better adherence, no support needed.

For gasket printed in TPU 0.20mm layer 100% infill.

A great addition to the bento box. I only had 4mm magnets but a couple of dabs of glue and all good

Great design. Simple and effective. Prints wonderful. I printed with .02 nozzle @ .10 layer and it looks like a factory part. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for sharing, but did you also upload this project to be able to insert the gasket? I also don't see the one to create the TPU gasket in your uploads. Thank you!
