➡️ ⚙️ ⚒️ 📏 Checkout the entire ¾ Inch Ultimate MFT Bench Dogs collection

¾" MFT Reamer & Chamfering tool, it let you produce a clean accurate ¾" hole with chamfer on your MFT table holes.

The chamfer (only) tool is available here : https://makerworld.com/en/models/690910#profileId-619624

Note: This is a REAMER, not a drill bit, the hole must be less than 3% smaller to work properly.

It will help you to make accurate hole (very close to ¾"), or restore holes messed up by the time (glue, finishing products, etc…), and having consistent diameter.

There is 9 versions, exact ¾" diameter, and from -0.20mm to +0.20mm, by 0.05mm increment. Make some tries to find the best fit, there is too many parameters to offer an only one model that works for everyone.

You will need :

  • (3x) M4x10mm Countersunk screw
  • (1x) 12x12x1.5 Carbide Insert
  • (1x) 30x12x1.5 Carbide Insert
  • An old drill bit

Enjoy!
