There are 2 profiles, one to use without AMS where it has pauses on layers and one for AMS with 5 colors (if you only have one AMS, change the layer #20 to use filament from 1st slot and then physically change the black roll to a white roll).

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
PLA Black Transmission Distance: 0.5
PLA Cobalt Blue Transmission Distance: 5
PLA Pastel Red Transmission Distance: 1.5
PLA Orange Transmission Distance: 7.5
PLA White Transmission Distance: 5

Swap Instructions:

Start with Black
At layer #5 (0.48mm) swap to Blue
At layer #7 (0.64mm) swap to Pastel Red
At layer #10 (0.88mm) swap to Orange
At layer #20 (1.68mm) swap to White for the rest.
