Update 2026-04-25: I've released a new fully parametric pipe collar design so that you can make any size and thickness you want. 

I was requested to make a thicker version of my Radiator Pipe Cover v2. This meant that the connecting mechanism had to be reworked as thick pieces can't be angled around the pipe like thin ones. I figured someone might prefer this mechanism for the thin pieces as well so I've included a profile for that as well - they are identical to my v2 in all other respects.

Since this snaps into place it can be hard to remove. Please see my video of an easy way to do it.

If you have need for a specific size let me know the inner diameter and I'll upload the size you need. (If you have a limitation for outer diameter let me know that too).

The first profile are the new 8mm thick pieces. The second profile is for the 2.5 mm thin pieces.

Pick the plate matching the inner diameter you need and clone as many as you need (2x number of pipes)
