Hello everyone.

I've created a customizable DrawerSystem for my magic cards collection. My goal was to create a variable drawer system with separators to handle my collection. Also I wanted a Deckbox which fits at least two commander decks. The version with two drawers will be my mobile deckbox system and the one with three I will use to sort my collection.

I wanted a DeckBox which can be part of the game, that's why I created some addons which can be stacked on top of the Box like the FloatingTower where my life counter will be placed.

One future project will be a library and graveyard holder on top of the box.

For the separators I got inspired by FilamentWizard Trading Card Organizer and all it's remixes. But they have different sizes and are not compatible.

You can customize the DrawerSystem in size and quantity of the drawers. You can disable the separator and the label feature and the edged texture.

I'm looking forward to see you prints.

Printing

On my printer I have some problems with wrapping edges on box like project like this DrawerSystem. That's why I used a smooth plate with glue and some other surface layer patterns to minimize the wrapping. After printing I've got nearly no wraping and everything worked as expected.

Silk filament was not practicable as drawer, it broked really quick.

History

  • [2025-02-23] Changed size of the separator pins as some users mentioned the weak point of this part.
  • [2025-05-04] Added options for hex panels to reduce used filament

Features

  • Stackable (but you can't but a two drawer base and a one drawer base on top of a three drawer base)
  • Drawers and label have a snap function
  • Stackable bottom can be used to remix some addons to put on top of the box
  • Disable separator or label with OpenScad
  • Scale size and number of drawers with OpenScad
  • Reduce filament with hex panels on drawer and or base

Addons

Here is a list of designs which will fit into the drawer and/or are able to stack on top of it. If you customize your box, you have to check the dimensions is they fit into your box.
