Description

I have already made a similar case in the style of the Playstation controller. As I'm a big fan of the SNES, I've now done the same for the SNES controller. This one is a bit more limited, as the case of the SNES controller conector is slightly smaller than that of its PlayStation counterpart. Short USB A plugs will still fit in, but with longer ones the plug must protrude a little (take a look at my photos).

I strongly recommend not to use the provided print profile, but to customize the adapter using the parametric model maker, as all cables have different dimensions. I have provided a little help in the pictures so that it is clearer what counts as a “sleeve” or “housing” in the dimensions. Cables often have a fillet between the two, in which case the length of the fillet still counts as housing.

I printed it with PLA. No brim or support needed. The stl is oriented in the right direction for printing.
