Automatic system to disable AMS when external filament is used via Y-splitter. You can use as a filament sensor too.
Very useful especially on P1P/P1S models as they do not allow you to not use AMS from the screen.

What you need:
- PC4-M10 Straight Pneumatic Fitting
- Microswitch (endstop) curved handle
- AMS 4-pin cable
- Basic soldering skills
How to assembly:
- Remove the external insulation of the original cable, exposing the 4 wires inside for approximately 2 cm.
- Cut the red wire (+24v) and extend the two ends with a bipolar cable.
- Insulate everything and close with insulating sheath or tape.
- Pass the two-pole cable through the hole in the printed part.
- Connect the other two ends to the C and NC pins (the first and third, as seen in the figure) of the microswitch.
- Insert the microswitch inside and close the clip.
- Fit the preumatic connector at the ends and connect to the PTFE paying attention to the direction of the arrow.
P.S.: A version without the inlet connector is available
