Larger than normal and turned out perfect. The fit was spot on between the two pieces!

So the print profile by default has the ears printing over the orange purge/calibration lines. I'm curious if it was the same thing for you or if you changed some settings prior to slicing to prevent the purge lines from being on the final print? I thought about resizing the model but didn't want to mess with the tolerances built-in.
Otherwise great model and one that I am very anxious to print!

Yes it is the same one I print. I just remove the purge lines as soon as it puts them down.

I thought I had replied. But yes it does go over the extrusion lines. I just watch the first layer and remove the lines as they are put down. I would assume you can resize it but I would keep the original height. The only thing would be you should ad a negative part for the light hole in the back. Unless you use a smaller light then resizing shouldn't be an issue! I hope you have fun printing!!
