Description
This is an air cleaner (fan + filter + carbon) that sits INSIDE your X1 / P1 printer. It is based upon the work of Anselor (Carbonmax) and ThruTheFrame (Bentobox) though the only part left unchanged is Anselor's fan holder (still working on an improved version of it).
Summary / Changes:
- update: changed the name to ‘Filtermax’ to avoid confusion
- a bunch of models to enhance / replace / improve Anselor's CarbonMax
- plates 1 and 2 together provide you a full, working stack - everything else is bonus :-)
- pick parts from the other plates if you want to build your own non-standard stack
- Ansalor's build was 1 mm too high for my X1C, and didn't play nice with a knob inside - fixed
- I've added a replacement for the top filter (the hl-block) which offers more vertical flexibility
- all the other plates contain the additonal bits and pices, including filter holders, spacers, different sizes of boxes, etcetera
- the original design files have been included (some are pretty ugly, sorry)
- additional materials: magnets (mostly 6x3, for the HL filter you also need 4x2), fans, filters
All documentation and all the different variants (boxes, spaces, filters, etc.) you'll find inside the .zip file. Build and installation are similar to the original CarbonMax and BentoBox.
