Description
The combination lock can be printed completely without supports.
The following parts are required.
- 1x outer axle
- 1x inner axle
- 5x intermediate ring
- 4x roller
- 4x roller (1)
- 4x number ring
No glue is required
Assembly:
Take the outer axle and push an intermediate ring to the end, pay attention to the groove on the inside of the intermediate ring, the counterpart is on the axle.
Now take a roller and a roller (1) and place them in the recess next to the intermediate ring on the axle.
The two halves are held together by a number ring. Also pay attention to the grooves on the inside of the number ring. At the contact points of the halves there is a raised area that engages in one of the grooves in the number ring. This is how you set your combination and it prevents the number ring from twisting on the halves.

When the combination is set correctly, you can push in the inner axle. The inner axle must slide in easily.
